Leaders today, perhaps to a higher degree than ever before, are constantly being tested, measured and assessed by their peers, their organisation, and the market or industry in which they operate. Regardless of how well they are known by others, opinions will form and exist. The ability to manage how others perceive you, and aligning it with the leader you want to be seen as, is a key skill in building followers and thereby executing strong leadership.

The Personal Branding and Leadership programme teaches participants to turn their personal branding into a professional advantage. The discipline of building and managing a personal brand enables participants to define, stage, communicate, and manage personal branding from the inside-out. Several methods are introduced, from the inadvertent, casual, and explorative discovery of what your personal brand is, to the deliberately planned approach.

Through a number of different modules that touch upon the various aspects of personal branding, participants learn to apply tools and methods to build and execute on a unique brand, and embark on a journey to define their own personal brands as leaders, and become strong representatives and ambassadors of the organisation they represent.
